SHIPPING POLICIES

Adult Signature Required

• In order to ship wine, it is required that someone 21 years or older (with ID) must sign for the package.
• UPS will not leave the package without a valid adult signature.
• A lot of our customers find it more convenient to have their order shipped directly to their office and sign for it if they are working during the day.
• You may also pick your package up at the UPS Customer Center nearest to you.

Shipping Times

• Orders received before 12:00 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day. Order received after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped out the following day.
• At this time we are unable to guarantee shipping dates. However, it has been our experience that most shippments within Florida arrive within 1 business day and most other shipments arrive within 3 days.
• We will email you a UPS tracking number at the email address you provide during the ordering process. UPS will be able to give you an estimated delivery date.

Bottle Quantity Requirements

• Due to the nature of packaging wine shipments, we are only able to ship packages with 1,2,3,4,6 or 12 bottles. If you place an order with an odd quantity, we will fill the empty space with empty bottles for your convenience.

Damaged Packages

• If your shipment appears damaged or is leaking when UPS delivers it, refuse delivery of the package and let us know so we can ship you a new order.
• We insure all of our orders, so you are protected against shipping problems.
